I am going to set up a small bdsm themed photography studio (900 sq. ft.) in Las Vegas. I am wanting to set up a 'Studio Co-op' with up to 3 other photographers.
The studio will have a few sets with dungeon furniture, a rope/suspension set, seamless paper backgrounds, professional lighting equipment, make-up area, and dressing room. The studio space is in and office/warehouse with plenty of free parking, an overhead roll up door and fully air conditioned. The rate would be $350 per month per photographer.
