I have a model that will be doing multiple photo shoots for me in the next few months - any suggestions on a model release that I don't have to have her sign every time we shoot - rather then one release for all the shoots?

Just use one release for each shoot.

If she signs in advance and then cancels, you have a release with unfullfilled dates.

If you wait until the end she may never sign.

It isn't that hard to write a name and date!!!!!

I always get a new release signed at the completion of a shoot even if it is with the same model a day later.  Done it with agencies too with their usage agreements.  No sense to get into some argument later with them coming back saying, "I didn't sign on or agree to the photos in that shoot."  It's all about CYA.
