Hello,

My name is Ellie-D and I am new to this website and to modeling in general. I have never officially shot with a photographer in the past, so I am looking to find some photographers here I can build my portfolio with and hopefully get the ball rolling for a professional career in the future. I live in Lawrence, KS and don't have much means to travel unfortunately, but can make an occasional trip to the Kansas City area if need be. Please let me know if you're in my area and are interested in shooting! I am only willing to do partial nudity (topless), and it must be tasteful and artistic--nothing raunchy or pornographic.

Otherwise, I'm very open-minded when it comes to the types of photoshoots I'm willing to partake in.

Any advice for a total newbie to the modeling world? What to look for in a scam, where to look for legit photographers, etc? I could use any and all the help I can get!

I am curious, what is the definition of raunchy?  You may want to consider what your limits are and define them in a way that is not subjective.  If your limit is topless, just say that and leave the condemnation out of it.

I was in Kansas for the first time the first week of July.  I went through Lawrence.
