You suffer from plastic skin.

Good retouching is invisible. Work on that.

Maybe ~-10 to -5 on clarity?

Looking at the first two images will assume the first image is the before and second is after.
The nose appears over expose in the first image but has not been corrected in second
In the second you have made the models right armpit wrinkles stand out even more
For me the increased shadows on the neck, which were made even darker is not a positive

A more natural appearing skin texture

Glows on her eyes on top photo on right side gives me goosebumps. She appears like a supernatural creature.
