Interesting location
The biggest thing I see in the photo is that the elbow is dominating the image
Because the eyes are locked to one side you are blasting the camera with the white part of the eyes. Unless you have a very good reason, your best bet is to have the eyes looking where the nose is pointed
Sunlight is quite harsh, fill lights and or reflectors can help you control the light more
Over all the model is only 20% of the photo, if the photo is suppose to sell the model, then the larger the subject in the photo the better

Because the shoulders are up her neck looks shorter
Where is the rest of models right hand?

Hair seems messy
Wish nose were pointed toward camera a bit more

Hello Robin,

I think you have good understanding of light and lighting setups, and this makes you ahead of many other photographers. If there is anything that I think you should work on is maybe 'the crop'. Other than that really I see no pointers that I am able to give you, besides, you have much more experience than me it seems.
