Really hard to do without seeing the before and after versions

Garry's right. Those images are useless in gauging your skills without the before-image with which to compare.

Everyone else beat me to it....

Yep. You need the 'before' in addition to the 'after'.

Really like the soft focus result.  Skin and tones in the scene look very good.  Lovely image.

Love the vision here.  Getting a vibe off the skin tone that there might be some gray patches by the side of her eyes.  Still a lovely photograph.

The yellow tones are throwing me off of the subject.  Eyes look out of focus.  It’s a good scene, she’s pretty, the focus and tones are distracting me.

Lose this image.

Looks like you cooked this thing for too long.  She’s pretty and it’s a pretty scene.  The colors have some greens in them on the subject.  Eyes are beautiful and overdone, too white, she’s staring at me a little weird.  Get the color of the skin, hands - face, in sync.

Bland background for the very colorful subject.

These are all a preference thing man.  My opinion based on what I’ve seen in other images that get good/great response from the masses.

Their faces look sandblasted. No human being looks like that. This is a major problem with the beauty fashion business. Even if you are selling make up such manufactured faces look unreal.  Seems like false advertising to me

They have little to no appeal for me.

My feelings about retouching is that it must be invisible.

Your images are over processed. The surfaces on you skin look artificial. Try to tone it down a bit.

Best of luck,

Jorge

Since no one else has mentioned it:  The ring lights reflect in one of the model's eyes.  The reflection is close to the pupil, but not concentric.  Though, even if it was right on both pupils, it would still make the eyes look weird. Maybe that is why they look out focus to an above commenter.  The reflection doesn't work as a catch light and the reflection redirects the apparent direction of the eye, making the subject look crosseyed.  Also, the overlapping circles don't look great.  The ring light reflections should be removed or minimized into a catch light.
