This is your best image, would recommend for your avatar image.

This is your worst image, her expression is not pleasant, her skin needs retouching, slouching is not posing and you've cut off the ends of her fingers. I recommend you delete it. Also, look at the "jittery" quality of the out of focus areas. Some lenses render the out of focus areas like this and others provide a smoother more pleasant look. Worthy of investigation.

In general, there are some shots including your avatar where there is little or no seperation between the backdrop and the model. Throw some light on the background, use a lighter background for dark haired models or rimlight the model's head so it is defined.

Be careful with your cropping, if you crop wider in the camera you can trim the images down but once you've cut off limbs they are not recoverable and it can look awkward. Keep shooting and replace your older stuff with new better images!!!

Cheers,
Michael

For youravatar, I'd try https://photos.modelmayhem.com/photos/190714/08/5d2b4cb5409a4_m.jpg
And I'd crop it on the subject.  I think it's best to have something intriguing,; not necessarily "best" by other standards. That pic has some problems, like the bright, uninteresting left-hand side, so it's def, not your best.

Hi,
never square an avatar or any image. it's adding stress and not natural looking.

first image posed leaning, shoulders up, messy outfit, knees and knees. Why is model wearing a top over top. Never done by a pro unless on beach or say a natural light shot next to lace window. It;s basic basic of model photography.

See the shadow taking over her face like war paint. Need to edit that out. see her neck being strangled by shadows too. shadows above eye distracting

ext image the shot of a forearm, and back of palm that is a total never do and you block models features besides. see harsh shadows on models arm also. Lighting on face too harsh. lean like sitting on a potty no good. Harsh dark shadows on face. shooting knees and the sitting lean is a real bad idea. Shoot some energy and mood and her features.

Portrait is a deer in the headlights and those earrings are a huge bad choice that you the photographer have to tell the model. Not a port image for sure

child pic nicel fingers is what they do so fine. nice lighting and awesome expression.

The gal leaning next to old red is a have to go potty stress look, shoulders uo. you are not posing her hair, you are shooting a shoulder, bad bad outfit for modeling, models don't wear rings unless biker chick jacket or man t look. shoulder up adding stress too. Chain is really too distracting from bad angle. left thumb and hand badly posed and should bot even be in image. Stair arms very distracting so photoshopping or more AP needed. very bad posture for model posing. necklace distracting. You need to size up all accessories and speak up or speak up for the shot so all works for energy and overall energy

Nice lighting in black dress but you have to speak up!!!!!! what is with the overtghost game florescent fingernails? the image will be destroyed by bad fingernails.  Not sure what the lighting is in between fingers distracting too. The worst for models. and the fingers on the arms you see out there in portfolios are by those who don't get it. Put common sense into your shot and pose selection. But spread out and fingers to rings is  something you need to take ownership.

You need to put thought into your photography and make sure the models have the right gear and right nails to hair styling to accessories; All you are doing is taking a shot. Skin tones aren't bad in any for white balance but such a horrible choice of outfits and multi layers.. Shoot for features, personality, energy and hide them fingers and won't get any useable images with fingernails like the cat woman.

I like these 3 shots:

Quality of your port will go up if you can get more like those.

Many of your photos look like they were flat lit with bare flash. Not port-folio worth even if the outfit is more elaborate:

This photo is jarring to me for some reason... not pleasant to look at. Can't explain why though:

Lighting isn't good:

This is not a flattering pose or crop or photo:

Skin/eyes are WAY over-processed:
