I have no idea why you took the photos or for what purpose so I can only tell you my opinions on what I see.


Color seems off, raise chin up or lower camera [The Why: Missing top of eyes, bottom of eye is white all across lower part]
Cropping would this work better as a vertical?


Overall lighting, expression and exposure seem good.
Think dynamics head and body are facing same direction; simply have eyes and nose pointing a bit to his left a small amount. Glasses are off adjusting them before taking the photo would help, top of rim is too low models left eye notice distance between top of glasses and models eyebrow.


Too much space above top of models head and upper photo border, use a rim light or backlight behind models head, as his hair is blending into background
Bring nose back toward camera a tiny bit [For me tip of nose is to close to outline of cheek]


Not a fan, with out the hat would be much better for me
