I am not a moderator for this forum, but since whoever is doesn't seem to spend much time here actually moderating anymore...

This forum is supposed to be a place where photographers freely offer their work for retouchers to practice on - and we are very grateful for the opportunity. However, it is not intended as a place for photographers to get their photos retouched for free.

If you like someone's work, offer to pay them for it. If they then choose to give it for free in return for credit/exposure, then fair enough (I've done this myself), but please do not post your photos in the expectation that you should receive free copies of the retouched work in return.

Look at it this way - if someone lent you a camera and you took some awesome portraits with it - saved onto your own SD card, would you be happy with them expecting you to give them copies of all your shots?
