I would like to receive critical feedback about my dodge and burn technique and color harmony or any other point. Thank you

It is just a personal observation but to me the "after" pics look like CGI generated faces!  Be careful about over retouching.

In the first two images the color seems more accurate in the one to the right and there is more detail in the highlights. But in both images the skin looks like plastic and is unrealistic.

In the second set of images the one on the left looks much more pleasing with more accurate color and exposure. The image to the right is over saturated and too dark causing the dark hair to blend into the background. The skin looks more natural in these.

I often make the mistake of over saturation and will notice it much later when I revisit an image. Sometimes I don't notice it for a long time but after looking at it over and over I'll realize that "less is better." I have dozens of images in my gallery I need to go back and rework. I don't know why it doesn't appear that way when I first work on it.
