You will likely get more views from photographers in your area by posting an ad with a specified locality in MM's Casting section.

That would be a local matter for Toronto photographers. Head shots should be done by photographers with experience in whatever genres you choose to work in. Some will do theater work, some will do fashion work, and some will do celeb work. Visit the ones there, that do those types of work and they can help you.
