J. Allbritton is a Chicago based designer stuck somewhere in between 1760 and 1960. With a history of grand to light opera under his belt musical theater has slowly become his niche. His bold choice of fabrics and vibrant use of color always catches the eyes of the critics. Focusing on constructing entire productions ensures a well balanced visual for his productions. With his think big or go home attitude his recent production of Hairspray was a sure fire hit.
