About Me

Jeffrey Lubin began his fashion and entertainment career in 1999. His interest in the entertainment industry began at the age of twenty-three when he worked as a fashion coordinator. Since that time, Lubin acquired many
valuable skills, among them scouting high fashion models, casting major productions, and managing small concert, club and special events.

Lubin represents and refers professionals such as makeup artists, photographers, and fashion designers to industry executives. His first self-produced fashion show created for Bloomingdale’s in 1999 proved a fitting debut. Since then, Lubin has produced mega fashion shows for celebrity designers including designer to the stars, Craig Signer and Tracy Wilson-Mourning, the designer of the Honey Child women’s sportswear line and wife of NBA star Alonzo Mourning.

Lubin has worked with Dana Hill, Executive Producer of the Big Time Talent Show (a south Florida music talent show that showcases local artists to major labels such as Universal, Motown, Sony and Disney Music). Hill had this to say about Mr. Lubin. “Jeffrey expresses his gifts and talents without ego. His business etiquette is kind and gentle; sometimes I can be a tiger and in his own unique way he constantly reminds me to purr not roar. I needed that and so I thank him”

Jeffrey recently added Sports Illustrated Magazine to his already impressive resume when he produced a 2002-2003, fashion show feature in the magazine’s coveted swimsuit issue for Opera Swimwear by Sueli Costa. Jeffrey has organized photo shoots for Ocean Drive Magazine and world-renowned photographer Chi Modu, whom at the time was the head of Source Magazine’s photography department. (Chi Modu has worked with whose’s who of today’s hottest artists including the likes of Mary J. Blige, Tupac Shakur and the Notorious B.I.G.

Along the way, Jeffrey has worked in cutting edge Miami hot spots including South Beach’s Opium. He has staged productions at the Miami Arena, the Radisson Hotel and Parker Playhouse Theater. He recently expanded his working venues by staging productions at the lavish Boca Raton Resort Hotel (Boca Raton, Florida) where he produced a fashion show for Beverly Sassoon and in New York, where he worked at the Bryant Park location of the highly prestigious annual Fashion Week. In fact, he has been a Fashion Week volunteer at the exclusive event for three consecutive seasons. Jeffrey worked for Kenneth Cole in the Public Relations Department during Fashion Week (2001) and as Assistant Producer for Zadela Marley’s (Bob’s daughter) ‘Catch a Fire’ line in Fashion Week (2002).

Lubin is the Associate Producer and Host of the pilot show IPNOTZ, a local show that features fashion, arts and entertainment. His fashion shows have been featured on Miami’s Deco Drive and also on the Fashion Television Network. Currently, Jeffrey is a student in life and in college. His experience at Miami-Dade College has provided him with a continuing education that is sure to expand his unique talents. By 2001 he was elected Vice-President of the Music and Entertainment Industry Student Association (M.E.I.S.A.) at Miami-Dade Community College
(North Campus). The following year he was elected President of the organization. With the invaluable experience he gained as Vice-President and then as President, he acted as a catalyst, propelling the future entertainers to reach for the stars. Moreover, he also assisted Business Entertainment students in developing their own groundbreaking styles. Lubin offered the young hopefuls hands on experience and assisted them in finding jobs in the entertainment market. As President, one of his goals was to create a fashion committee, which he accomplished in that same year. As one of three event coordinators in the Student Programming Committee, Lubin has gained extensive experience in theater production, which was attained while working at the college. He has also worked as a lighting technician whose duties also included set design.

Mr. Lubin is truly an experienced and capable fashion and event coordinator who has worked with the best and has in turn become the best at his game. With the intelligent realization that there is still more to learn - he can’t wait! Meanwhile, this bold, young talent has only one thing to tell the world, “Come strong or don’ t come at all!”
