My photography today mostly focuses around high fashion or edgy wedding and portraits.  Typically I'm bringing someone in and providing a full "model for a day" treatment for them.  From time to time I still enjoy working with professional models however it doesn't happen as often unless I'm either seeking a model for a commercial shoot or have a concept shoot in mind.

I have recently come to understand that it's not 'photography' which is important, but the prints and results of the actions of two sides (photographer and model or client) which is the true magic.  Captured images that are simply tagged and shared on Facebook are not good enough and longer and to me seem to get forgotten in time, unlike prints which can hang proudly on a wall.  Even though we may be heading off into a lost world of prints, I am enjoying doing more album and canvas work.  The true power of a photograph is in the memory it creates.

Just to note a couple things...I do not pay models who have an event coming up just to build my portfolio.  I build my portfolio off of consumer and commercial clients.  If you are thinking of messaging me to suggest that we do a shoot then I will happily entertain the idea if it's a very cool or unique concept shoot as TF.
