Since February 2010, I've lost over 22 pounds and reduced my body size by 23 inches. This life and body transformation has been an exhilarating experience both inside and out. I'm a naturally positive and optimistic person. However, expressing that simply with writing and speaking hasn't fully captured the essence of my true being. In my profession as a Life Spark, I am constantly inspiring and supporting those in transition, so being able to exude my confidence through photographs and video is an effective way to impact change in others. I want to demonstrate to others, through my own documented transformation, that if you believe in yourself enough and do the work, you can have it all.
