JOHN VERA is a freelance photographer residing in Paris. His family roots stemming from photography sensitized him from an early age to the image and stimulated his artistic sense. After 4 years of training in the arts, graphic design and photography in Marseille, Jonathan continued his experiences in an advertising and in a graphic studio agency.
A few years later, it was finally by working in luxury ready-to-wear and through meetings linked to this profession that he was able to carry out his first "Fashion" oriented photo shoots in Freelance.

Jonathan is a real specialist in Street shooting. Attention to detail, Jonathan have obsessive attention to light and the composition of the lighting.

"Lighting is the photographer's signature, but a successful image is for me a teamwork, a moment of sharing and the opportunity to immortalize the soul of the subject."

20 years of experience acquired in photography allowed him to master the methodology of implementation in the realization of his projects. Yet Jonathan always questions himself and does not rely on his achievements.

"I have often doubted myself ... In fact, it is a feeling that never leaves me in my work. It pushes me to always go further".

In early 2017 JOHN joined forces with Coralie, passionate about fashion, aesthetics and makeup, and together founded JO&CO Paris.

While hundreds of photographs burn with impatience to see the light of day and to exist beyond a stolen moment, Jonathan finally thinks he has found a field of exploration that connects all of his artistic skills with his philosophical vision.

JOHN is always looking for new collaborations and photo experiences with female / male models, makeup artists, designers, hairdressers (with or without experience).

JOHN VERA est un artiste photographe indépendant résidant à Paris. Ses racines familiales issues de la photographie l'ont sensibilisé dès son plus jeune âge à l'image et ont stimulé son sens artistique.

Après une formation de 4 années dans les métiers d'arts, le graphisme et la photographie à Marseille, Jonathan a enchaîné les expériences en agence de publicité et en studio graphique. Quelques années plus tard c'est finalement en travaillant dans le prêt-à-porter de luxe et au travers des rencontres liées à cette profession, qu'il a pu réaliser ses premiers shooting photo orientés "mode" en Freelance.

JOHN est un véritable Specialiste en Street shooting. Soucieux du détail, il attache une attention obsessionnelle à la lumière et à la composition de l'éclairage.

"L'éclairage est la signature du photographe mais une image réussie est un travail d'équipe, un moment de partage et l'occasion d'immortaliser l'âme du sujet."

20 années d'expériences acquises en photographie lui ont permis de maitriser la méthodologie de mise en place dans la réalisation de ses projets. Pourtant Jonathan se remet toujours en question et ne se repose pas sur ses acquis.

"J'ai souvent douté de moi... En fait, c'est un sentiment qui ne me quitte jamais dans mon travail. Il me pousse à aller toujours plus loin".

Début 2017 JOHN s'associe à Coralie, passionné par la mode, l'esthétique et le maquillage et fondent ensemble JO&CO Paris.

Alors que des centaines de photographies brulent d'impatience de voir la lumière du jour et d'exister au-delà d'un instant volé, Jonathan pense enfin avoir trouvé un champs d'exploration qui relie l'ensemble de ses compétences artistique avec sa vision philosophique.

JOHN est à la recherche de nouvelles collaborations et expériences photos avec des modèles féminin / masculin, maquilleurs, designers, coiffeurs (avec ou sans expérience).
