Hello,
I'm Shani (short for shaniqua) and I am a licensed cosmetologist who is currently freelancing based out of NYC. Aside from having a personal clientele, I do hair/or makeup for fashion shows, photoshoots, video shoots, as well as proms and other special events events. I have been doing hair since I was a teenager and fall more and more in love with it as time goes by. I am looking to grow my business and work with photographers,mua,hairstylists,fashion stylists and others to create beautiful works of art that will last a lifetime. I have done hair for 2 shows during Mercedes Benz NY Fashion Week 2012, been apart of the hair team for all the designers for Brooklyn Fashion Weekend 2012, many non profit fashion shows,head hair stylist for renèè fredrique 2012 collection, christian mar 2012 collection,among 15+ fashion shows and other events since 2011. I am great at what I do and only want to grow and get better. You will not be dissapointed when working with me because my love for my profession,fun personality and determination creates an easy atmosphere.

I am currently looking to do only paid work but will do select tf work if it'll be beneficial to both or all parties. Other than being a hairstylist I am a makeup artist as well(you will see pics in my port).
