Taking part in fashion photography is considered an art or a commercial position; for me, it's kind of both. Photography has been a passion since the peak of middle school and my love for it has only grown. I only cared about conceptual photography until I stepped foot through college doors. The thought of working with any other form of photography seemed "out-of-question" until I started doing so. I dreaded assignments that pushed my boundaries and always seemed to fail me. Little did I know, that with determination and creativity of the photographer's eye, I would soon love other forms just as much as conceptual.

As you may know, film photography is rarely seen compared to the majority of the 20th and part of the 19th century. Seeing the many works of film photographers pushed me even harder to get better and still does. It has shown me the true beauty of black and white photography; not just adding a black and white effect digitally to make it look "artsy" or beautiful. It is much more complicated and in depth than that. I want to be a fashion photographer like Nigel Barker (America's Next Top Model), and that evolved into also being an artist. Yes, my primary work will be digital since that will be the majority of my education and that is what is expected in the world, but film will be presented in my future galleries. I'm determined to reach my goals and they will stay strong as they always have.

I am a senior college student. I attend Shepherd University and will be getting my Bachelor's in Fine Arts with a concentration in Photography/Computer Imagery. For my photography services, I do require fees, which you can find on my website listed. As for my models, I do not provide a payment. All of my work is educational and will be added to my portfolio for reviews and applications. I do apologize if this is inconvenient for you. However, if the travel is 30 miles or more, I will provide a payment for gas. I do not provide payment to my models because I can only work full-time in the summer time and provide photography services part-time while I'm in school.

My work is conceptual, meaning there is a story behind my photographs. They are well thought out and you will be given the story before the photoshoot. I also create fashion photos, for I wish to become a fashion photographer.
