A native Nashvillian, Billy was born on July 4, 1986. He grew up in the heart of Music City at a time when the Americana music scene was just getting started. In a family where music is at the heart of everything, he was influenced by many different fashion styles ranging from James Dean and Elvis to the more modern look of Calvin Klein.

Music and fashion go hand in hand. Billy is quickly building his fashion portfolio, working full time as a model.
