Rahel was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, but is of Ethiopian descent. She went to undergrad and law school at Georgia State University. Rahel decided to become a plus size model after the encouragement of her friends and family who always believed she was made to model. Standing a 5’3” and at a size 14/16, Rahel was very skeptical about entering the world of modeling. However, now she believes it was the best thing she could have ever done! Rahel has done print work as well as done a few fashion shows. Rahel has even ventured into the world of acting where she has been in stage plays, commercials, and short films. Rahel’s ultimate goal is to show little girls every where that no matter what people say, you can be whatever you want!
