The "best" paint for one "look" will be the "worst" paint for another...

What do you want the body paint to DO for you?

Rich is right, the search will give you a lot of standard information.

But, a couple more questions for you...

Will the person doing the painting be new to the art form?
If so, look to water based paint brush like Paradise or Wolfe Brothers pancake makeup or Mehron or Ben Nye liquid.

If the artist has airbrush experience, than you can be more adventerous.

If the models will be having lots of skin to skin contact, water based will rub, wear and transfer more than an alcohol based product.

Know what you CAN use near the eyes. Not all body paint can or should go near eyes or mouth.

Know safety - patch test for allergies and know what kind of safety issues you can walk yourself into.
