Even though its a GREAT idea I think its a topic thats not "REALLY" important there, as it is covered in the forums or people can PM me and I'll tell you what happend.  But bottom line, I EFF'd up, cause I stole someones image and not using common sense and DIDNT respect someones art from their port.

I am not making money off this, im not selling anything, and i do these things to benefit all who come (even those who are  coming as far as northren california, just to work with new faces, shake hands, and willing to sleep on couches not caring about anything else but to meet professionals who believe its all about networking and hard work)

But the REAL main purpose of this event really, is for the models.  They are the ones who are losing out if they dont show.    How you ask?... models lose out cause they dont take this site serious. Yes, there are some, and i mean a handful of Las Vegas based models I have dealt with that are serious, and some Las Vegas wanna be models just treat it as FREE PIC RIDE when they need some new stuff for myspace.   

Dont get me wrong, im just adding my experience horror story from what i have dealt with, but if you can show me a "aspiring model" whose serious and actually takes this site serious, he or she WILL be there for this event.  Those who dont come are just blowing hot air saying they are coming.. 

*WORKING a mandatory weekend job gets you a free pass and excluded from the above paragraph....



But one of the topics, I might discuss as i find it hilariously funny... model has been on MM for 30 days, Her page bio has been typed up with actual words and glitter graphics from her myspace page to prove shes proud to be on here, and cant wait to work with people, has 5 pictures(nothing but mirror pics), has 2 comments total from her 5 pictues, 3 friends(including Tyler), and is only taking PAID ASSIGNMENTS only.... and is not returning emails, phone calls, and barely checkin in.

Anyone care to explain the mentality on that one?    Now "THIS" would be a great topic I would love to discuss over nachos and margeritas.

Thanks for the venting session....  Now its off to "steal more images..."

Yip! models have no brain, all they have to say is no and all is well. My only friend is Tyler, but I always reply to all my emails

I will be there!! I really do want to meet alot of the best that Vegas has to offer. Ive been a fan of The Vegas photographers and thier style is awesome. To meet, network and possibly shoot with these members of the MM family would truely be an honor and I am looking forward to it

The meet and greet which is saturday. But I am considering and maybe setting something in the works of renting a small studio here in Vegas for people on Sunday the 19th.   I think starting as early as 10am til 7pm.... models and photogs will have to just help with the studio rental cost that I have prepaid  for in advance to lock the date in.

Its not a fancy studio at all, im just trying to get us all together to help one another, learn from one another, and get creative.. hell, might even have to talk to someone and bring the gas propane BBQ grill or hibatchi set and cook some carne asada out in the parking lot....and coronas would be a good thing too, give people some liquid courage when they are too scared to stand next to the MAIN MAN and his big muscles.....lol.
