GENERAL INFORMATION: 

Who: Laura Dark and Scareatorium Presents:

What: THE 5th ANNUAL HAUNTED HOUSE GROUP SHOOT One of Ohio's top haunted attractions! Models and Photographers from all over the Midwest!

When: June 19th, 2010 (9am check in) 10am first shoot till 8pm

Where: Scare-a-torium (http://www.scareatorium.com/) - Haunted Attraction Located at:  The Corner of St Rt 161 and Karl Rd in Columbus, Ohio 

Cost: $30 per model and photographer MUAs, escorts, and assistants are free.


There is no limit on the number of attendees.

Area Reservations: Prepaid photographers will be able to reserve many of the prime shooting areas prior to their shoot by visiting the groupshoot myspace and placing a comment in those areas with their desired time slots. Note: Prepaid Photographers Only!

You may now contact any person on the list below privately that you are interested in working with. Simply ask "do you have any openings at The Haunted Warehouse Shoot?" or something similar. If a person you wish to work with is not on this list, feel free to contact them and send a link to this forum to see if their interested in participating.

Once you start coordinating schedules, add their name to your list. New members are added daily so check back to the list often to see who is now available. You can also periodically (that means every couple days, not hourly) post your open dates in the forum.

Remember, you are all responsible for setting up your own schedules.

One week prior to the Shoot, you will be emailed a link to the official Haunted Warehouse Information Packet which will include further instructions, forms, maps and other items to help make your experience as productive and enjoyable as possible.

Cancellations/No-Shows: As typical to these events, there will always be some cancellations or no-shows. To assist in keeping your creative flow active, there will be an area where photographers and models can list their open time slots to find one another to create art. However, if you feel that you cannot make the event, please be courteous to the others you have scheduled with and contact them as soon as possible. Your attendance is important to them and advance notice will help them fill their empty slots quick. Simply not showing up without warning will result in banishment of all future Haunted Warehouse events and your name will be passed to other group shoot coordinators!

Drama: Will NOT be tolerated at all. I will personally ask you to leave. No questions.

BECAUSE OF THE NEW 2257 LAWS ON NUDITY WE ASK THAT EVERYONE BRINGS A PHOTO ID WITH THEM SHOWING AGE!  NO EXCEPTIONS WHAT-SO-EVER! 
NO ID - NO ENTRY!

1. Safety before art! We want you to be able to take the best photos possible, but PLEASE do not put yourself or model in a dangerous situation to do so. There are parts of the building that aren’t safe. They have been blocked off with caution tape, locked, or blocked for your safety! Stay out of those areas. No leaning on rails of stairs, no climbing on ledges, etc.


2. People in THE SCARE-A-TORIUM t-shirts are here for your safety and to make the group shoot smoother. Please be kind to them and listen to what they say!


3. No moving props or lighting! If you need a prop or lighting moved, please contact one of THE SCARE-A-TORIUM workers and they will do it for you. There are outlets and extension cords with power strips provided for you on each floor for your own lighting.


4. NO BARE FEET ANYWHERE IN THE BUILDING! This building is full of rusty nails, LOTS of glass and other s.cary, pointy, and sharp things that you DO NOT want in your feet.


5.  No nudity OUTSIDE the building or in the windows please!  There are other stores in the mall that don't need to see your titties.


6. No smoking inside the building. Smoking outside on the docks or anywhere in the parking lot is ok.


7. No alcohol in the building. This is for our safety and yours.


8. Escorts and assistants are asked to please refrain from “exploring” the building. There are going to be over 50 shoots going on at one time and some photographers and models prefer not to be gawked at during a shoot. Please stay with your party at all times.


9. You must wear your badge while inside the building. Please carry your badge with you for entrance into back into the building if you leave. You will not be permitted entrance without a badge. PERIOD.


10. We are not responsible for items left in the dressing rooms or makeup area as well as the photographer’s rest area. Please take all valuables with you or lock them in your car.

Please do bring extention cords and power strips.  We have a FEW we can loan out but it's best if you just bring your own!

Also there are several restaraunts in the stripmall, White Castle and a few others.  The one place (I can't remember the name but will post it tomorrow) will be giving us a deal if you show your shoot ID.

ALSO:  The costume and makeup shop WILL BE OPEN which in INSIDE the haunt.  If you need blood, costume pieces, wigs, accessories, it will all be right there to purchase! 

CASH AND CREDIT CARDS ONLY FOR PAYING FOR STORE ITEMS AND PAYING AT THE DOOR FOR THE SHOOT.  NO EXCEPTIONS.  NO CHECKS PLEASE!
