1,000 Ways to Die!
I've just been laughing so hard at some of the stuff on this TV show (on Spike)! A woman actually accidently killed herself with a carrot that she was masterbating with! Apparently a sharp part of the peeled carrot cut the inside of her vagina and the act of masterbation somehow pushed a pocket of air into her blood stream (which stopped her heart)!
