davesphotography wrote: Give a shot if you would Thanks in advance So not only did I face the undead in my dreams, this thread is undead! After a long hiatus, I am ready >:} Okay MM allowing more photo slots is cool for the people who have the free accounts because 10 photos sucks. But I really don't think the VIP members should be using up a bunch of the extra slots. Unless you absofuckinlutely amazing in which you can have an entire port filled with those shots that make you stop and stare you shouldn't feel obligated to fill it out just because it's there and just because you can. With that said, I'm a hypocrite And I know there are photos in my port that should be cut, but dammit it's hard to let go ahahha Aaaaaanywho.... (yeah you brought me out of hibernation so you get my incessant rambling of the day lolol) this is cute just because it's a good moment. I'd actually keep it just because it shows a bit of your timing ability, which I think is something crucial for a photographer to have as a skill. I like the way the light lands on her hair. weird highlights make her look like she's got some Michael Jackson skin thing going on. Cut it or photoshop it out. Stock glamour pose. Not really my style, but I think you hit the intent okay. This one is not entirely your fault. You get some blame for picking this photo. The expressions are not great. One looks like she's constipated, and the other one looks like she just landed there from planet Irk (+10 points if you get my very random reference) Expression to me can make or break a photo so it is a turn off. Turn off. Bad expression, bad pose, bad angle. Did you notice you made her an amputee? A lot of your models really have that deer in headlights look down. Look for expression when you're scouting out models. Or hire a couple good ones so you can have it. excessive blurring turn off. This is one of my least favorite poses so turn off. Nothing against you, I'm just biased. This is better and nicer. The flip flops kinda ruin it for me. I'd have toughed it out on that coral for one good shot barefoot. There is a fine line between 'pucker' and 'duckface' a very fine line... a trash bag would be just as flattering on her body with this pose. There is no figure shape, and I blame the clothes and pose too dark and she's got the 'durhh' face going on. okay I'm going to spend most my life here if I list what I think about individual photos, so I'm going to skim through the rest of this mass, and just tell you what I feel you need to hear without regards to grammar haha turn off. Could this smile be any more fake? Yikes. Looks like a myspace pic. No not even a facebook. A myspace. turn off. bad vignetting. turn off. again with the bad angle bad pose. chicken wing arm. turn off. white vignetting doesn't work with color treatment you have here better compared to the rest, I'd keep it. wish it was framed better turn off. excessie blurring turn off. blah lighting this is nicer holy shit! a model who can emote. i wish this were sharper though. yeahhhh these models got the 'tude down! turn off... you outta know why by now I was about to conclude this thing here and say 'sorry not turned on by anything' but then I saw this and it caught my eye. I still wouldn't say it's a turn on, but compared to the rest of your port it is. I do apologize if you've felt I'm being too blunt, but that is the aim of this thread.

P.S. I'm going to start skipping people so I don't fall far behind again If your reply isn't cookie cutter and unoriginal like "me please" I might be more inclined to skip toward you. I'd be especially inclined if you could be creative in your response. I'll get to it when I can, and try to keep a general order.

Nothing like a little honesty. There are two ways of taking you comments one "so what" the other food for thought. I chose the latter. Thanks

davesphotography wrote: Give a shot if you would Thanks in advance The whole nature nude facade gets marred by the tattoo. Sorta takes away the 'natural' appeal. I think this would look better if you shopped it out. I also think this would have been better had she not been wearing shoes, and had her feet not been cut off. https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/19638998 18+ ditto about the feet. I really like the composition of this image. The colors, the arrangement, the lines. The only think I dont like is the modern haircut, and the leaves not being there naturally, and the texture of the skin being lost due to post Even better with this pose. I'd cut this one. The angle is odd, and the feet are out of frame. Turn on! This makes me warm and fuzzy inside. turn off. You have much better quality in your port compared to this. Actually I really don't like the stiffness of this model. Maybe it's the fitness and bulkiness of her arms, but I don't find any pics of her useable. https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/18492405 18+ I don't see really any artistic composition in this shot. It's very GWC. As a saxophone player myself, I CRINGE at this photo. IMO, if you're going to have a model hold an instrument, do your research, and make sure she holds it right. Otherwise, the integrity of the photo is compromised. this is interesting https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/19834655 18+ turn on! This inspires me. I don't get it. You have some outstanding images, and a bunch of blah images. All the blah images really bring the port down. I can't say there are enough of those OOH images to turn me on.

Rigged wrote: Are the feelings mutual? I read the caption, but I really don't get this photo. So is this her dream then? Why is she naked. I'd like this photo better if it were just her without the other stuff in there. Is she having one of those dreams where she's naked and has to give a speech? Or is this like inception, where it's a dream within a dream... within a dream lol. https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/21322705 18+ I appreciate the natural beauty in this. It would have been a turn on had there been more space between her toe and the end of the frame. It feels a bit too tight there. https://www.modelmayhem.com/portfolio/pic/10859131 18+ I like that you have an appreciation for varying body types. If more people could see that we're all imperfect, there'd be less self esteem issues in the world. I don't really like the angle of the photo, but appreciate the meaning behind it. This is neat. I'm warming up, but can't say I'm turned on yet. Not enough to win me over.
