I've shot my share of models with stretch marks and c-section scars, and have no problem doing so again. I mean geez, that's what photoshop is for. And you can pose the model to hide them if you want to. No need to make the girl feel bad because of it.

I think anyone that knows anything about photography & modeling would say the same. It's very easy to hide them.

I agree with that, but ... I probably wouldn't have booked her.  I don't do TF, I pay models, and stretch marks or c-section scars are generally not something that I want to deal with.  I would have appreciated the fact that she told me, declined politely and then booked her for fashion where it wouldn't have made a difference.

It's not TF, nor is she a model, there was no booking.

Read your question again ...

My question is, if you're shooting a model nude, would stretch marks & or a C-section scar stop you from shooting?

So, if this was a person who was paying me to shoot them, it wouldn't make any difference at all.   I've done boudoir nudes with a 70 year old woman.

Your question was with respect to a model though.  I hire models because they have a look that I can use and make money from.  I don't do TF.  It is unlikely that I would book a nude model with both a C-Section scar and stretch marks.  There could be an exceptiion, but it is unlikely which is why I said that I probably wouldn't book her.

On the other hand, if she had the look, it would make no difference if I was booking her for fasion.

As I already said in a reply to someone, she did tell him & all of her marks aren't that noticeable.

No you didn't.  You're being selectively vague about whether she directly said she had a C section or not.  You just repeatedly claim that she said  'she was recently pregnant and had stretch marks.'

& I had my daughter via C-section & I can tell you, it doesn't leave a "large scar". Clearly you don't know anything about C-sections or you'd know it's it's about a quarter of a centimeter in with, not that noticeable.

I've seen C sections and they're larger than any scar I have, and I have a lotta scars.

Why are you being so defensive and overly concerned about the situation?  Are you in love with this chick or something?

A photographer was a dick.  Big whoop.  Move on with life and forget about the asshole.  You're expending way too much emotion on this.

Also, something just doesn't add up about all of this.  I don't believe it all went down exactly how you perceived it to go down.

The whole TFP doesn't make sense as you've selectively laid it out in crypticly small doses.

Please make me understand.

It was a TFP where a civilian girl wanted unretouched clothed shots for her and her husband's enjoyment and the photographer wanted nude shots?

That doesn't make any sense.  The 2 different objectives don't add up as you've laid them out, so it makes me wonder why and how the 2 agreed to a TFP in the first place?

walked out of the shoot saying "her body is too ugly to shoot nude".

That's just too over the top.  I don't believe you.
A person would have to be seriously mental to act in the manner you have described.
And if a person is that mental than only a mental person would agree to work for them (you and your friend).

You don't have a spidey sense for sociopaths?  How have you lasted this long on Earth?

I hope you're just trolling...

No, I'm being honest.  I don't find babies or the aftermath of babies sexy.  I guess 99% of men and women agree with me as I don't see a lotta C-sections or baby fupas in the pages of Vogue, Cosmo, Maxim, Playboy, etc...

First of all don't tell me what I'm dong. I'm not adding emotion into a damn thing, nor am I being defensive.

I don't really care if you think it went down the way I said it did, simply because I was there, & I know what happened.

I never said anything about clothed shots, where the hell did you get clothed shots from?

Oh sweet irony.

You said she didn't want to do nude shots.

I deduced from that comment that she agreed to clothed shots.  Is that a huge misstep in logic?

I said, she told him she doesn't think she has a suitable body for nudes. I didn't say she didn't want to, the only think she didn't want to do was have some random guy take her nude pictures, thus having me go with her.

So you weren't 'assisting' a photographer, you were just an escort.

I think you're the reason I keep hearing photographers say that they don't like it when models have escorts.  They're usually crazy and disruptive I guess.

I'm guessing something very different happened than what you're describing.  A person doesn't beg for something with full information about what he's going to see and then throw a fit when he sees what he was told.  That's not rational and is a red herring of an irrational person telling a story.

Doesn't matter.  I'm going to watch tv now.  Have fun being a crazy person.

Good times!

No, if I was a fucking escort, I would have said that. She did not want just some random photographer shooting her nude, in which case I was there ASSISTING. You honestly sound real dumb right now. Not once did I say he begged her, I said he pursued her. Seriously, I'm done talking to you, your ability to not read & comprehend what's been stated is beyond ridiculous.

You're entitled to think whatever you want, based on you not reading what the hell was said. I really don't care.

You have a good day.
