I am conceding that at most, if not all, college campuses there are activities participated in by the students that are frowned upon by the college administration.  I will also make no claim to knowing all the student rules of any college or university.

That being hopefully made clear, it should be understood that (in this case), TAMU  has very strict rules governing student activities, both on and off campus.

I would imagine that if any student modeled in the nude, it would not be looked on favorably, and there would be repercussions.

  Argue the point if you wish, and also forge ahead about  a student's Constitutional Rights, or what ever amendment you would like to toss out, but that's just the way it is at some colleges. 

Will some pose nude, probably.  Have some of them done it; perhaps.  But the point is that it would be mostly counterproductive for a photographer in the area to solicit students for that purpose.

Really? Seriously? Isn't Texas A & M a state university? The State of Texas is going to deliver "repercussions" to an adult student who posed nude?

only in america will you be considered 'black'.. it's a throwback from the 1/8th rule.. anyone with black blood was considered black and were treated as such, to control black people..

it's not that you're not black enough, but you're mixed race.. there's a difference..
