Anyone have these?
I'm thinking of getting a second light, but I am not sure if these are the right choices...

i have one of these, its okay. i used it for my avatar shot because it was light enough to get it where i wanted it.

you cant sync above 120th of a second if you want the "constant color temp" thingymabob to function. ultimately its not that bright, i have to set my PL1250 photogenic to 125w/s to match the "full" 320w/s output of the studiomax. personally i think the 160 is out of the question power wise.

i do recommend the battery version of the 320. it makes a great hair/fill light and having the ease of a battery pack you can shoot outdoors in fairly remote areas with a studio light which is really nice.

are you shooting with a photogenic light already?

Thanks
I currently shoot with one 1500 photogenic light, but wanted to get another light...The 320 AC/DC looks interesting for some needed fill and to take around on location were there is no wall juice...I'm glad you mention that the 160 is worthless, although you also say the 320 is barely enough...In the end it will be better than using a white reflector as my fill and It will serve as a portable
How many flashes do you get with the portable power pack at full power?
