I can definitely use the pictures you've sent me -- you're a one-woman wrecking crew! (And I mean that in a good way.)

I just turned 40 in November. I live about 40 miles East of Pittsburgh, PA, in a town called Mount Pleasant. Thank you, Loria Harrison Hi, Loria. Glad to have you join us. At 42 ... I'm in! Will submit a few for you to choose from next week (3 fresh shoots taking place and I will ask the photographers to hold 1 from each that I can use for this).

Due to the slow pace of submissions, I've pushed back the 'shoot by' and 'turn in' dates to March 31 and April 30, respectively.

Sorry for the loss of Andrew. Thank you for picking up the torch for him. That is very noble of you. I was just wondering if there is a limit on submissions for consideration from each person submitting photos? Are we allowed more than one? Thank you for your time. Don Laurence Photography

Thanks for your kind words. Yes, I encourage multiple submissions. I'm trying to keep it to going with five pictures per model, per photographer. (Feel free to submit more than that so I have plenty to choose from, of course.) Jeff Nightwing Photo

Sincerely interested in this project. I haven't had a chance to review all the replies yet, but I shall look them over in the morning. I think this is a wonderful idea that is WAY past its' time. Is there a private list for this? A mailing list? Sincerely, Scott

This is a loose confederation of models and photographers who have a common interest in glorifying the mature woman, and that's pretty much where it ends. I'm the conduit for all submissions. Glad to have you join us. Jeff Nightwing Photo

I have been off the site for several months and just found out about Andrew. A very sad thing but I am glad someone picked up the mantle. So, Where are we at the moment? What projects are you accepting for?

What projects are you accepting for? Hey, Tom -- good to hear from you! Yes, it was a sad passing and I didn't want to see Project 40+ die with Andrew. I'm in the phase of accepting submissions and playing drill sergeant about making sure the pictures are the right size/specs. I've moved the deadline for turn-ins back to May 31 (but will turn my head if I get any on June 2nd).

Are you still taking submissions for Vol. 3? Thanks! Allen H. Moore [email protected]

I've pushed back the deadline to May 31. And even after that, if somebody can sneak in a picture before I send it in to the printer, I'll include it. Jeff

I've just created an account with amazon.com's POD service, CreateSpace. If it turns out that there are no clauses in the fine print that will cause headaches, I'm going to go with them as our printer.
