In my opinion the skin looks pretty good, but i can´t really judge from this size. I think you could make the neck more symetric and the top of the swimming cap could be even. Furthermore the transitions, especially from the dark areas on her cheekbone to the lighter areas could me more like a gradient and not so harsh.
But iam not a professional retoucher, so you could wait and hear what the pros say.

I've -reworked it about from a previously saved PSD. This is how it looks now, also before reading your reply i decided to add in some more symmetry here and there(mainly mouth and nose).
Yeah, really hoping to hear something from the pro's like Natalia, or Krunoslav(right?).
