You may have to stick with the suggestion above.

Besides you height, you don't have the shape and look of a model.
There is commercial modeling, but that too is competitive and not much easier, most have acting experience..
So many models want to get with an agency these days, its crazy.
Your best chance is here on model mayhem (where there are not any rules as far as look) But in the real world of modeling agencies, they only want strong looking models, tall and thin. Yes there are other agencies that take commercial like
models. But, again there is a lot of competition.
I had to tell this girl who was 5'7" and 26 years old "no, its not going to happen"
I did tell a 19 year old who was 5'2" "yes you can model and get signed" (and she did)
Its rare, but this short girl looked like a mini fashion model with a very strong and exceptional look...
