Hi, please tell what you think about this retouch: http://aleksandrolkhovskiy.com/beforeaftersje.html
Especially about skin tones - is it bad? (I can't understand, feels bad but can't make it right) and ear - is it ok?

skin color is ok but the forehead and the rest of her face is different. you may want to try to match one another.

what really bugs me are her hands. they lost the natural form after whatever you have done to them.

I like it in general, but add the texture back to the sides of her hands. They look a bit off with no texture.

Edit: Haha, that's what I get for posting without refreshing the page first. Looks like you've already resolved it.

Is it me or the ear looks wet? Not sure.

Also, I'm viewing the pic so enlarged, I'm not sure, but is it lazy left eye?

Otherwise everything seems ok to me. Nice work.

Thank you, yes ear looks a bit wet inside, but do you find it much distracting?

When viewing at that magnification, perhaps, not sure.

Sometimes powder is heavy on the face and other body parts aren't consistent. I've never really noticed it with ears though.

I'm not an expert on retouching though at all.

I guess it wasn't intention to shoot glossy ear as well, so probably will be better without it, fixed it, thanks

I think it looks pretty decent; however, a lot of the shadows have become too desaturated.  Particularly on her camera-right shoulder and on the side of her face, where the shadows appear grey.

Thanks, I added a bit of saturation, but very little.

Lazy eye kills the image.

There's banding in the BG (It's there in the original but it shouldn't be there in the final)

Very natural work on the skin and hair

Nails should be done, they make no sense with the rest of the image.

Also, bone structure has no definition - lighting is bland... you should do some carving to shape her

Upper teeth re blue smile

I will try to fix all above, can't find banding though, I wonder how you see it? You mean dots in the background? I tried to find it and decreased brightness then those spots become visible but I just can't find banding, is it my screen or maybe it takes years to train eyes? I also seen in old thread you noticed banding in skin in some image, I also failed to see it there, so something definately wrong.
Also please tell what you mean need to be done with nails?
fixed eye and teeth.

updated with bit of "carving", probably not even noticeable, can't do better at this point.

Did a good job seeing some of the issues from the before, but there's still some left.
There's yellow on her upper lip and lower teeth and still some too desaturated shadows (imo).
Compare her neck with her shoulders..similar luminosity but the shoulders are a lot less saturated (thumb as well).

Maybe smooth her neck contour out a bit (screen left)?

There's some yellow above her lip (not on her lip smile ) in/around her philtrum area.

nice work specifically on the hands and eyes, did you flip one eye to the other to open it up/

Lovely retouching  very natural my cup of tea. You've done a lot of correction already but one thing that bothers me is nose bridge lighting you done is too aggressive/flat. I would follow the natural path of light and accent it. nose tip and bit up that has a highlight. Somehow my eyes are still restful though I would like to settle them down.Over all I really like it.
