looks pretty awesome to me the color is good, the hair is organized no flying hairs and such, the skin looks good. Course this is just my opinion some one else might bash you but yea.

Hair on the right side looks too soft, like surface blur-ish. Both sides of the hair don't match either - one's messy, the other one's organized and thick, even it out, do some little carving to bring the shape and thickness on the left side, it's missing a little "punch".

You're right, I will start with that.
