KT's 'look' is primarily the models he shoots and the way he shoots them.

+1000 to both these statements.
People really need to step back and realise that while PS is a very useful tool, the fundamentals of a particular photographer's work are almost never reproducible, either via PS or even by attending their workshops.
Everybody sees the world differently and that's what comes through in their photos and really defines their style, not what camera they use, where they put a light, or which LR preset they use to develop a RAW file.
