And this is the image original that needs to have the colors like the first one Jun 12 12 05:45 am Link Jun 12 12 05:54 am Link Julian Marsalis wrote: Thanks, but im searching for a solution without the need to match every single colour.I wish somebody would tell me how the first image was done, i doubt it was by matching colours... Jun 12 12 06:17 am Link why not just ask the retoucher/?? AMarfoog is really wonderful and has been a great help to me, also very accessible to reach out to for questions Jun 12 12 06:55 am Link bobbydolan wrote: Well in this matter looks like that didnt work our else i wouldnt be here asking. Jun 12 12 07:03 am Link I've been working on this same effect myself. You have the colors close. It looks like you need to screen a darker color on top and desaturate a little. Sometimes putting a fill color on top with darken mode for the layer works too. Jun 12 12 07:15 am Link I'm assuming you used curves to get these colors yes? If you are referring to me not releasing PSD files for TF work (as this was), that still doesn't mean I couldn't have told you how I did it. Jun 12 12 07:31 am Link I used curves and selective color (and S/H to open shadow details). Link to a layered tiff. Let me know if the link doesn't work. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4d6khk8y9orlgna/beachgirl.tif Jun 12 12 07:33 am Link Image Magik wrote: yes but that didnt gave me that bluish colour in the darks. Jun 12 12 07:38 am Link Peano wrote: Thanks, thats close Jun 12 12 07:39 am Link There are a lot of different ways to create colour schemes for an image. I'd use the Photo Filter Adjustment Layer with a custom colour and play around with the Density. Also using Curves and/or Levels to make the colours pop. You can also just use curves, adjusting the Green (whatever colour you need) channel to taste. Another is Colour Balance or a Gradient Map. The best is to experiment with the different Adjustment Layers and see what they can do. Don't forget to play around with the Opacity of the layer to bring whatever colours you want to from the original. If you don't play, you don't learn.
