white wall.. natural light. girl is in the shaded area of that wall. with fill light coming from reflector.   I've done several this way. easy to get good wrap around light, but can make it flat if you are not careful.

The reference photo you posted seem to have a sharpen filter applied to the eyes with a mask excluding the rest of the face. Most retouchers do this to bring the most amount of attention to the eyes.
