So I saw this movie poster and was instantly inspired to try and do something like it. I started doing photo manipulations recently maybe like 2-3weeks ago never tried it before. I used to only do retouching. Anyways I tried it and now I'm hooked I actually enjoy it more than retouching lol anyways I'm a newbie and nowhere near as good as the people who actually worked in the movie posters but anyways check out what I did below. I left mines a little be more light on the rain, debris and contrast. Everything was done from scratch. This is my 5th photo manipulation

I'm pretty sure you can come up with something much cooler/interesting than mines. I instantly thought it was such a interesting image. Would love to see your spin on it actually. smile

Both smaller splashes are brushes warp to shape and the pouring ones photos of pouring water.

Thats actually pretty impressive. I think the only critisicsm I have is that its pouring down rain but he looks completely dry. Would there be a way to make his clothing appear more wet?

I know I thought about that but had no idea how to make it look soaked aside from pouring water of him and couldn't find any tuts on turning clothes wet. I will keep checking. Thanks

I'd be okay with you dumping water on him, especially if there were a behind the scenes video so we could watch. big_smile
