Worst - I don't care for the post work or mood on this one. The mood feels like he just played at his first concert, did a bad job, and they are sad about it.

Worst - It almost feels like a test shot. The jacket looks like it was warn in between sets to keep you warm and your hands look awkward.

Worst - My view shows that you have 2 of these up in your port right now. I don't care for your hands on this shot. They take away focus from you. I find that my eyes keep staring at them instead of other better parts of the photo. The pose is also bunched or compressed.
