AlexaArt Photography is hosting a pinup group shoot on Sunday, November 4th & 18th, 2012 from 10am- 6pm, Doors will open 9am. This event is 18+ and open to any and all Models, Photographers, MUA's & Stylists in and around the area.  Photographers & models will schedule with each other.  Those confirmed will be updated here on the list as confirmed.  ***If you are interested in this event, but cannot make this date, let us know.  We may change the date if you are unable to attend!**

Sets available:
Also, in addition to the AlexaArt Photography Studio space, we have an approximate 4000 square foot empty office space with 10+ large empty rooms and many individual office spaces for you to create whatever look you'd like!

Special themed sets can be created by request in addition to what we already have created; otherwise, there will be a retro themed dressing room set, a vintage beach theme, a 50s theme set, and a Christmas theme with a 7 foot decorated tree and also a small pink feathered tree to use as well!

A variety of cloth backdrops will be available to create additional themes of your choice; and of course, you can bring whatever you like to the shoot!
In addition, the office space area includes a small kitchen nook area with a sink & a microwave for use during the group shoot.

**Nudity will be permitted but not in the hallway outside of the large office area or outside of the building itself. There are plenty of areas to shoot! Please only classy implieds and nudes! **

Some additional themes that can be created include:
-60s pinup w/a vtg bubble hair dryer or other props
-Valentine pinup
-Picnic pinup w/picnic basket, blanket & more
-Patriotic pinup w/flags & sparklers & more
-Military pinup w/military style wardrobe & some additional props
-boudoir pinup w/beads, scarves, etc.
-vtg secretary desk w/phone, lamp & typewriter

Also have props for Halloween & some for Easter!

In addition, we have some vtg aprons & a few appliances for a kitchen look if interested and a cowboy hat or two for those western pinup looks!.

Wardrobe:
There will be some vintage & retro wardrobe (mainly sizes 2-8) available for shoot usage upon request at no charge to models/photographers.  In addition, if there are certain looks you'd like to recreate, many props & accessories will be available as well. Please contact for more information on your ideas so we can prepare for those ideas in advance! (See images on the website for sets & wardrobe)

Please note that AlexaArt is hosting this event for other photographers.
If interested in shooting with Alexa that day, the rate $75 for an hour and 2 retouched images are included. This session must be scheduled and paid in advance prior to November 4th. Models must be shoot ready.

Payment:
Payment is due in advance (by Saturday afternoon on November 3rd).  Payment can be made online at the website or by special arrangement with AlexaArt studios in advance.

Food:
Microwave and a small micro refrigerator is available for use. Pizza delivery is available locally, as well as other fast food restaurants in the area.

Rules:

1. No call-no shows. If you choose to no show to this event, you will not be allowed to attend future Alexaart Group Events.

2) Communication is key! Photographers and models, please communicate with each other to coordinate and confirm your schedules, ideas, and meeting place.

3) Personal and professional conduct. Conduct yourself in a professional manner. Any issues will be addressed.

I wish I could do this!! I will be at the hocking hills group shoot that Saturday though.

The date may change for this shoot if there isn't enough interest. I will post here if it does.

I'm also at the Hocking Hills event on Nov 3rd.  I've been looking for an event like this close to Cleveland.  Please let me know if the date changes, I would definitely be interested.

Since so many photographers & models are going to be attending other events on the 3rd or 4th, we're adding another shoot for Sunday, NOV 18. So we'll have two shoot days! First will be on Sunday, Nov 4th & second will be on Nov 18th!  The studio is thinking of running 1-2 more opportunities for holiday pinup group shoots before Christmas!  I will update the information above to reflect the new date.  Let me know if you are interested in attending.  Read the listing for more info!  Please let everyone know if you are attending so we can get more models and photographers!  More photos of sets coming soon!!

Currently right now, I have people very interested but no one has said that they're coming to either date for sure.  It's still early now and if more people spread the word, we'll have a better chance of having a bigger turnout. If not, the shoot will get moved again. 

I know the studio is available for private rental for the sets & location if you can't make the dates listed right now.

That'd be awesome!!  I just set up a facebook event page for the shoot.  Currently we have no photographers and only myself for Nov 4, so you'd have the run of the mill of everything or the studio's other date is the 18th.  Add yourself to the event below!!
