Since the eyes are above the one third location cutting off the top of the head is not a positive look, especially with most of the upper body in photo

Lee is right (posting above). Regarding cutting off the top of the head - I wanted to let you know that this is perfectly fine, just try not to have too much torso showing in that case.

If you simply crop this image a bit higher on the torso - you'll see the instant impact.
