Find your tablet control panel and there should be a tab that says mouse with dropdown options that you can assign to your left click. Make sure its just a click.

On Windows it's a separate program, Mac it's in System Preferences near the bottom. This has happened to me several times recently. No idea why but the fix is easy enough.

Did it happen all of sudden? (after previously working ok?)
Did re-installing the driver not help? (this usually helps)

Something similar (not the same, I guess, though) happened to me once - but that was (probably) caused by my fault (wrong settings) while my PC maintenance. It actually appeared after I ´cleaned-up´ (with One-Click-Maintenance TuneUp utility) my PC. Not actually sure how this was possible, I would never ever expect that maintenance utilities would ever touch my wacom settings/utility files (?!) - however, after I had run ´recovering´ procedure (with Tune-Up, again), the problem had been resolved.

Sorry for not beeing of better help,
just trying to say there are some ´mystical´ things happening too, beyond Wacom driver/utilite, sometimes. Tracking your own last activity (just before the problem occured) might help, sometimes, perhaps.
