If you going out for job, needing 3 lenses (70-200mm, 50mm, 24-70), 1 body, 2 flashes, 1 lightstand.

u prefer using case or bag? any good suggestion on it?

Make sure it is a good one if you go with a backpack.
I bought a "reasonable" one and the zip busted on the 4th or 5th trip out.

I know have a couple of Messenger bags for when on uneven terrain and a roller bag when I know I'll be on the flat.

Any and all.  Depends on the location, the scale of the shoot and amount of gear needed.  A waterfall in the middle of nowhere, 3 miles from where we've parked the car, wheels can be handy if there's a path, not so much if we've got to wander across fields and through forests.

If we're driving right to the location and shooting within 20-30 yards of the car, doesn't really matter what we use to hold all the gear.

Typically though, a big hiking rucksack.  Local camping shop had a going out of business sale a couple of years ago and I picked up two 65l rucksacks for about 25% of their regular price.  Even filled with gear, you can barely feel the weight on your back.  I carry one, assistant carries the other, and other bits like tripod, or whatever we just carry in our hands.

Sometimes it's just a small messenger back with 1 body, 1 lens, a flash or two and radio triggers.

It depends on where that location is.

I shoot corporate so I'm in an urban setting.  I carry my camera gear in a backpack.   My stands are in a heavy-duty, tube made for stands. tube.  My lights are either in LITEWARE cases or Anvil cases.  That can all get pretty heavy, so I have a hand cart that I secure the gear with heavy duty straps.

Prior to the weight limits for the airlines, I would carry 80lbs in stands alone.

I have a small rolling luggage rack, for my camera bag.
I often can strap my backpack to that.  I roll it around,  when I'm on my own and the terrain is smooth. (concrete)
