I would really like some constructive feedback on this retouch and I also have a quick question... How do I reduce the appearance of fine facial hair particular around the mouth on female models? lots of pixel level dodge and burn? I haven't found any resources on methods for removing the downy like hair and was wondering if anyone had suggestions? Nov 24 12 11:59 pm Link Can you post the before/after? Easier to see what's been done that way As is, my eye was immediately drawn to the blown out area under her eye. That, combined with the dark skin next to it seems like an oversight. That's the biggest thing that stands out to me. As for small hairs, I don't do a lot of pixel level dodging and burning to begin with so I don't use it for fixing that, I usually go zoomed in quite a bit and clone them out. I even listed it Nov 26 12 05:40 pm Link Thank you so much still trying to get hold of the RAW file (hard drive crashed and having o chase them all up again haha) thanks for the tip, I didnt even notice that! cheers Nov 27 12 01:47 pm Link Stephanie M Retoucher wrote: I wouldn't get rid of that completely as this give a bit of shape to that area. I'd bring out the shine on the model's chin a bit. Dec 16 12 01:32 am Link |
