I don't post in forums when it comes to images. I left a comment on the image so it would have some company, a comment to talk to.

I really like the photo. It rocks. That kind of shot is very popular out in L.A. Maybe you should move.

I don't like that the side of her stomach looks wet and the rest of her looks dry. I would prefer a bit more contrast for my taste but overall I like it.

Thanks Dan. Mate I've been messing around for hours on this style
The "wetness", I believe would be the highlight of sun piercing through the lace curtains and I have edits with more prominent contrast, less, more color here and there etc... I think I'm suffering a little cabin fever at the moment after a day in front of my monitor.

I find her lips to be distracting.  There's a little dark part in the center.  Are her lips open just a little bit?  Or is that a purposeful makeup thing?  Might go for a shot where the lips are more open or fully closed, but that's just me looking at it as a llama.

Thank you for your opinion and keen observation regarding her lips. I have many others from this set to select for a re-edit on the mouth, but I'm thinking clone/liquefy might just be the answer to our problem here.
I am excited to experiment more with this technique, maybe sometime in the future we'll get the opportunity to shoot and by then I should have it down to an art

Thanks TBOL I appreciate your keen eye too. Although I think I've come to a stage today where it's all just "mashing" together.
When I wake tomoz for a second look I'll keep the saturation in mind.

Regarding your image. Imho your post process looks a little over done in it's current state.
The features seem far too sharp, especially so in direct contrast with the models skin texture.
Now I may be a little biased here, I am not a big fan of skin smoothing/blurring. I like to see pores mostly intact for the final print, that's just me though.
The eyes sing but also appear overdone in comparison to the models almost featureless skin.
I think your sculpting is really well done and close to spot on, but the intensity/opacity could be backed off a little to make it appear more natural.
As far as your models hair goes, I feel it too has been a little overdone, to me it appears blurred with little to no detail.
Over all a nice image of a beautiful woman, however, to me it sits closer towards being an artistic representation with the resulting painterly effects from post work.
I too enjoy the convenience of dodge/burning onto neutral grey layer, but have found it difficult at times to make accurate judgment calls when I can't turn off or switch between a separate dodge/burn layer.

Thank you eMMe. It can be difficult for me to gauge reds at times, for I suffer hereditary color blindness. It's not severe, but does effect my ability to accurately see shades of red.
Consequently, the color picker is my bestest friend in photoshop
