Hi! I'm looking to sign with an agency in the MD/DC area and right now my main focus is L&M Modeling! I can't find anything as far as reviews online and my only concern is if I'll get work. They don't ask for anything outrageous up front: $150 initially to sign for casting sight fees for the year, then you have two months to schedule a shoot with their photographer and for 8 looks with hair and makeup is $625 then you have to pay $250 for 250 comp cards.

Has anyone worked with L&M that could give me advice?? This is rather urgent since they are waiting to hear from me. Yes I know about scams (model rehab, john casablancas)
