First of all your "About Me" needs some serious work.

"I'm a fun but serious and professional 22 years old who grew up with wishes like everyone else to make it big some day.  Since I am new to modeling, tips are always welcome.

I hope to get some great experience from the wonderful people I hope to meet on here. I'm always looking for new, fun, and creative shoots to do.

If the eyes I see in the color headshot are real, you know what you need to emphasize.  Make sure you work with good photographers who know how to photograph your eyes.  Throw away the b&w photos!  Patent those eyes and good luck!

^ Beautiful pose, needs way more contrast. Remember this location and shoot there with another photographer who has a different style and see if you like the results better.

^ Practice is good; but it doesn't belong in your portfolio. To get the most out of your portfolio, only your best images should be in there. This isn't one of them.

^ I like the mood of this image. Keep workin'!

Show your face more, you are hiding most of your face in half of your photos.
The first shot just looks uncomfortable, like you are a little too cold or nervous, I don't think it is a strong headshot.
You have lovely eyes, show them off a bit better. The colour is very intense!

Work on your looks...

Try closing your mouth... in some photo's it is half open (between poses)... doesn't flatter, and it distracts... get the focus to your eyes.

Lose the photo with the camera....

And try some different photographers... these do not do you justice
