Hmm...  almost across the board, I like the before's better than the after's.  When their eyes are open, you gave them vampire eyes (pure white eyes) and in some cases didn't do a good job staying in the natural shape of the eyes.  In many cases the cloning or healing looks very obvious.  Several of the images your over all toning has caused highlight details to be lost. 

As a photographer, I would not hire you based on this portfolio. 

To your defense.... good retouchers are hard to find.  Really good retouched images shouldn't look retouched until I see the original.

No doubt.  Don't take my comments as a bad thing.  Take it as a photographer's perspective.  I SUCK at retouching.  I almost always outsource it.  So, you are in a good market.  Keep it up.  Practice, practice, practice.
