I think all the changes are positives, with the exception of her hair.
I prefer most of the look of it in the original.

over retouched, she looks bruised under her cheekbone. also learn to look at the image as a whole, i find the creases in the curtains immediately distracting before i even get to the girl. try and be more subtle with dnb, less contouring and work on overall distractions first and then colour. hope this helps.
