good picture..the post process could use some work...highlights a little blown (between the eyes on the forehead). Maybe desaturated it tad

nice change of pace...

you skin work is nice...there are several things i see that i would have cleaned up, like the hair above the ears...and recover some of the tones in the hot spots. It is hard to say if I would or wouldn't based on this image...probably leaning towards would.
