The edit looks nice. The skin is clean. Becareful not to over do the skin smoothing and blurring. A photo that close up you would expect to see texture in the skin if you are going for a natural look. Although this is just my preference. The lips look clean, might I just suggest smoothing out the lip line a little to make it look a little more natural as well. The line is a little too sharp. And finally I find the finger nails a little distracting. I would try a solid color to make it less distracting.

These are just my suggestions. Art is subjective and therefore everyone will have a different opinion. I hope you just find mine useful. Overall I think it is a very nice image.

Thanks for your opinion I appreciate it! The skin well is maybe a bit to much of IHP, I should have used more D&B instead maybe...  Thx for feedback definitely is useful for me!

If you have the patience, a little D&B and minimal clone stamping will give you a very clean and natural look.

I like it till I get to the completely unrealistic skin and the artificial perimeter of the lips.

the lips yes I have to agree the line is way to significant, but the skin is that unrealistic? It is shiny a bit to much but there is still texture visible... Do you have any suggestions what you think it should look like your way? I would appreciate to hear it for my future development.

I will post image of lips shortly with a line if you like iut better and if that's the way to go...

Thx a lot man for feedback!
This is way better (the lip line) I guess

The tones of the teeth are clearly colder on the L than the R. (As you go from the 2nd teeth from the L to the R side)

You might wanna bring back those teeth that you cloned out on the bottom lip edge - it makes the tongue look fake.

Also, that teeth I mention - needs reshaping - the S curve in it needs to be smooth line like the rest of the teeth.

You should also attenuate the wrinkles in the highlights a bit.

Hello,
I think you should focus on D&B more, stop using any tehnique that has blur like Inverted High Pass, its visible on skin also on the edges of lips.
You can try improving the nails and teeth also.
Good luck.

hi thx for the feedback!

Well now after time the image is a crap and finally I can see the difference much better..

Would you suggest to use  D&B only or combination with IHP (not that overdone as here on this image)would be acceptable?

Focus only on D&B ,practice it and you will master it and it the end you will see that you won't need IHP to finish an image.

While I'm not a fan of the smooth skin treatment, I realize others might be. In viewing your image, I was struck by two things, style of skin treatment aside. First, the hand doesn't match the face in terms of treatment. Second, the bottom of the jaw seems uneven, as if the selection you made was choppy. The uneven effect can also be seen on the shoulder as well.
